Please read all the information, especially sections regarding Required Forms, Family Information, and Refunds. Call our office at (925) 373-5700 for any additional information. You must accept responsibility for knowing the rules and regulations before you register online. Printing these instructions listed below may be helpful for future reference.
Important! For New Online Customers
Before you can log on and register for activities, you must establish an online customer account and your account must be approved by LARPD. Approvals will be processed between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each weekday.
After you set up your account, receive your approval from us via e-mail, and you have received your ID#, you must add any family members into your account BEFORE you begin the activity registration process. Click on "My Account" and log in, if you haven't already. Now click "Change Family Members." When shopping for activities, and you put an activity in your cart, before you get to the payment screen you will be directed to specify which family member(s) is/are registering for each activity. When adding family members to the account, it is very important to include the correct date of birth for each person. This helps the online registration software determine eligibility for age-restricted activities.
